A VISION FOR OUR FUTURE.
In 2019, Hinesville officials sought the assistance of the University of Georgia’s Carl Vinson Institute of Government to help create a plan that would bring energy and life to the downtown area.
The Hinesville Renaissance Strategic Vision and Plan (RSVP) incorporates the voices of community members, civic leaders, business owners, and major downtown stakeholders to create a cohesive, community-supported concept for the future.
